I don't know why i would still pay a staff eg doctor, physioterapist, physocologist after carrying out his duty during the week after the huge weekly salary they earn. Pls they should do something about this ridiculous payments cos am fed up with it. | 21/03/2013 20:03 |

I am going to guess you are fed up with it because you suddenly hang too much around the red zone, meaning it's doing its job...Yes it is illogical but till they find something more logical that carries out the same job I don't think it will change. Meaning, something that will make people think twice about going in red zone. Yes you can lose your team after 2 weeks in red, but it's pretty hard to do... Edited by @patient 21-03-2013 20:48 |

Also, you really don't need that good of a physio/psychologist, my 55% psychologist gets me 10-15 points a day, and you really only need your physio at the start of the season. | 21/03/2013 21:45 |

You obviously haven't read the small print in their contracts. It clearly say that they will be paid that amount, besides their fixed salary. Nothing you can do. It is the union man. |

think of it this way, they get their salaries, but are they going to pay for all the expences? surgeries? going to xrays? etc?? thats the other expences, makes perfect sence  |
