Another thing to take into account: if you have senior and junior coaches with 99% and you develop a training program that will benefit certain positions (like training focused on defensive players, for example), not only can you build prospects to sell for good money, you're also more likely to be able to build loan relationships with other teams in your division - and you may then be able to train a high-level prospect that is better than your current squad members. Those sorts of players can be the difference between promotion and relegation if you use them correctly! | 25/03/2013 20:49 |
