normally my players on bench gets around 76 motiv. most of the times i sub my 1st choice LF/RF/CF for those LF/RF/CF who are bench once im 3-0 up. it would be nice if instead of just 75 or 76 motiv. they get extra 10% motiv. boost i.e 75+10 =85 or 76+10=86 motivation regardless of whether the team wins or not. given the fact that they actually played and manager thinks they are good enough to given a chance to shine.it should be enough to give those players some motivation boost.it will help a lot in training. if a player who is even in reserves looses morale when the team looses just like that if a player who has been given a chance to play and prove his worth should be given some motiv. boost. Although I dont use subs that much in a game... this is an awesome idea and if done I will consider using them more often... |
