Its a welcome suggestion mate. + to the idea.  On the same note may be the striker cup itself can be divided into 2 separate competitions. similar to the Champions League and the Europa League. With only teams from div 4 and above qualifying for the actual SC where as the div 5 and below teams only participating in the the 2nd tournament. True it will require some work to finally accomplish but yea still i dont think its going to be much of a problem for the devs. Just ignore these naysayers man. they will never look at the positive side which imho clearly outweighs its other half in this particular case. |

A divisional cup makes absolute sense as opposed to the present Striker Cup. The top 20 odd teams must stand around yawning waiting for us mere farties to be finally knocked out so they can actually get down to business. I know it..you know it...everyone knows it!.. I would love a divisional cup..Its more evenly pegged..and teams especially in the lower leagues would stand a chance at progressing. |

+1 to the thought that went into the suggestion but at the end of the day the SC is fine the way it is and there should not be divisional cups, lets say it was implemented a div 5 cup would be 12-13 rounds long with the 5120 teams in div 5 div 4 would be about 10 rounds whereas the div 2 cup would be 5-6 rounds. its unfair on the higher placed teams as they would get less games also the best possible scenario for a div 6 team is to face a div 1 team away. its a huge payday for them but that would be impossible with divisional cups |
