Psych, Physio, and other staff charges should be debited at the end of the week along with other club expenses. There really is no reason why staffers should be working on a per-service fee basis when the club can operate on credit and negative cash assets for up to two weeks, and when they're already paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary at the end of the week. Their per-service fees should be charged then, wrapped up into their their salaries, or better, eliminated entirely. There is simply no reason why a club with tens of millions of dollars in credit lines should be forced to go without essential staffers simply because it happens to be cash negative for a few days. |

I believe the point of that is to make people more careful about going into the red zone. Without those, there will be no real disadvantages of going into red money...and going into red money shouldn't be a habit. People should always try to stay away from negative money. Yes you can lose your team after two weeks of being in red, but most of the time, it's not that hard to get yourself out of red zone in 2 weeks. The fact that you seem pissed off at having to go without staff after being in red will most likely make you more careful about going into red zone next time. So it is working. And that is why I disagree with the suggestion. Red zone shouldn't be a place where you can just get yourself financially and get out after 5 days without any real disadvantage. |

You don't give clubs multi-million dollar credit lines if you want to encourage them to always remain assets-positive. And more importantly, there is no reason why we should be charged twice for our psych and physio. We pay them ample salaries. Do we pay our coaches twice? Do they stop working without a per-service fee to go along with their weekly salaries? Does the finance director stop working? You're trying to manufacture a rationale for what is simply a poorly-conceived feature. |

Wow. Lets control our emotions Anonymous. You really dont need to attack any person for his opinion. And I agree with patient. Staff not working when you are in red is a sign that you need to sort out your mess and get into positive balance. |

You know, I am glad you are pissed off and I hope you learn from this. The game has been like that for seasons but exactly when it is affecting you it is bad. Every single rule in this game are not in place to make users happy. I would gladly not have to pay taxes for players. In fact, I think I would rather ask them to make psycho, physio and doctor being paid full salary everytime you call for them instead of at the end of the week. This should fix your problem, shouldn't it? Or maybe you would rather have the entire staff being the same? Everytime you don't pay they stop working? And you know what? yes, I kinda agree, it is poorly conceived, either deal with it or help to find something better that would have the same purpose but would make more sense. Help to find an alternative way to do this to increase your chances of devs accepting your request. Unless someone suggests something else that would be another disadvantage from going into red then I will keep on disagreeing. I don't remember which one but there was that one manager game I used to play, you go in red, weekly expenses come and you lose. But here, somehow you still manage to pay them out of nowhere. This game is way too lenient but people are just never satisfied But hey, i don't make the decisions, if you get enough support I will ask devs although I already can guess the answer they will give me. There should be some hardship while you're in the red, regardless of how well you think they're already paid. You can take out a loan, and the loan doesn't push you into the red, but if your "creditors" say no to a loan and you can't get positive cash, you should have problems doing some things. I've only ever been in the red once, for like 10 minutes. If you make sure you've always got enough cash for this week and next weeks expenses you wouldn't even have to worry about this.
