Just move on the market and sign 50-average player. They are really cheap. The second part is to work on your youth square. Hire a 90% trainer, plan your trainings better and improve then to 50 or 60. The ones who train less, to the market. With that money, you improve your senior square or hire better youths. The third part is to work your tactic, move your players all around the field by moving the ball in every little square of the field (in case you didn't know this). Good luck |
