I suggest allowing a senior and junior loan to the same manager. We have all had bad experience with poor training of loans so by allowing a senior and junior loan to a manager you trust is a solution. The guy giving the loan is confident in his loan training. The guy receiving has an oppertunity to train well and improve him senior team going on his training results. What you think of the idea? |

+1 I totally agree with this idea. You might trust someone with x player. So why not loan them another x player in a different "age group". |
