It would have been nice to see GK’s pick up another skill besides saves/leadership (perhaps passing) to make it a little more difficult to train them, but GK’s are the only position in the game you can have a 80 prog player on the bench pick up 30+ points of average in a single season. | 11/02/2013 20:20 |

As a previous Junior GK trainer, I was glad I stopped training them when I did, training anything else is much better and more profitable. You can only field 1 GK in the starting 11 which is obvious, but with other positions you can field/start much more to increase their motivation which means faster training, also getting 110% motivation for 1 Junior GK is tough because you need good average players around him to increase the average of the line up to give them any chance of winning to get that 110% and 85% for the subs. I wouldn't advise anyone to start training GK, maybe the value's of GK's may increase one day but its been a long time coming. |
