I think that the devs should make it possible for us to choose which player we want to take a Goalkick the New sim that has defenders take Goalkicks which is just as bad(if not worse) than what the current sim has.Or at least make the Goalkicks go futher( they rarely go past the Midfield) Also I think we should have long free kicks and short freekicks(or direct and indirect) this would be very helpful because in the current sim most of the time its either your striker that takes freekicks. But with this you can have your striker take short(direct) freekicks and your Midfielder take long(indirect) freekicks (which is better than seeing a striker play a bad pass to another player) Its really frustrating having a FK in my half and seeing my defender pass it to an opponent and see them score. |

well, who else would you want taking a goal kick? If you use a midfield or a striker, then they'll be out of position, and waste stamina running back. There also really is no point of short and long free kicks, as unlike in real soccer, where players have specialties, in this game there are none. I agree with you on the Goalkicks but not on the freekicks Maybe in div1+2 all players are good at everything but this is not true for the rest of the divisions |

The new sim will implement defenders or DFMs taking you goal kicks to avoid open nets if there are give aways. As for freekicks I disagree your best finisher is your best finisher anywhere on the pitch and having said that mids take free kicks outside of a certain range already in the current sim.. | 09/02/2013 01:51 |
