There is only 1 legal way, firing and hiring untill you get a 89/90+ coach then you have the option to either use GB or your own SM money to train it to 99% using GB would be the easiet way  |

On the staff screen, click on Training. Then click on course. It raises the staff rating 1% at a time and gets very expensive by the time you get to 99%. My junior coach is 98% and it would cost me 58 million to get the last 1%. A degree costs 100GBs but raises the rating 2%. Edited by @sabrefan62 03-02-2013 13:25 |

It tells you the certain amount of money to pay. using coruse will only make the percentage go up by 1 whereas degree(GB) go up by 2. |

That is correct. You could also use 7 times GBs if you want. If you are going to use SM money, do those first, since they will be cheaper than if you do them last. I just checked my 87% doctor. To do one SM money course for him, it would cost me 23 million. I see it as one of the better uses of GBs because its permanent and will increase your players more quickly.
