I'd like to be able to filter the market by current bid and direct buy prices, just as with scout and tech searches. Edited by Anonymous01 28-01-2013 23:32 |

Already possible, just go to market and click on "Offer". http://www.webpagescreenshot.info/img/530215-129201322008AM So you can put average, age and position then put players from cheapest to most expensive and vice-versa Same for Direct purchase, you check the box that says "Only direct buying players" then on filter and then you will be able to click on "Direct Purchase" http://www.webpagescreenshot.info/img/94803-129201322232AM |

That sorts by price. That's not my suggestion. My suggestion is to search all players on the market in a given price range, just as is possible with the scouts. Sort is not a solution because is doesn't filter for visibility and decision-making facilitation, which is the point of a . . . filter. |

I still don't see what's wrong about sorting. You want a player and want to see prices from 10 to 20m, you fill up the things to filter at the top (e.g: GK between age of 21-25) then you sort the prices and only have to look at the part that ranges from 10-20m. Only thing is that you have to do it for 24h, 24-48h and for 42-72h and not even that takes a lot of time. I personally still don't see the major need of a filter apart from being just a little bit lazier. But hey, I don't make the decisions let's see what everyone else says |

I'd agree with @patient. In the market you're looking at players who's prices could change any second. With a technical director you're looking at rather fixed prices. With the market average range is much more important. A 80 average RDF that started at 0 could show up in your search but if you've got 20 million to spend you're obviously not getting that defender. You can get deals on the market, but you're probably going to find deals within 5 points of the average you're looking for at the most. |

But hey, I don't make the decisions let's see what everyone else says Yes, that's exactly the point. More detailed filters help to locate and process information more quickly. That supports quicker, more linear decision making. A little bit lazier is the whole point. Edited by Anonymous01 29-01-2013 04:15 |

You guys live in the dark ages. Use Cello's new extension for SM transfer market and you will be smiling all the way. | 29/01/2013 14:24 |

If more people would put their asking price in the name slot like I do, it would allow for exactly what I'm suggesting here. |
