Then, which of this will you choose for your team......
1.rest: is like you want to change the game entirely, players need to train to improve and if yours cant then its personal.....and nothing can be done in the game as a result of personal interest......
2.normal: yeah its normal as you said...
3.hard: whats actually the meaning of this,any sense,when your player drop -50stamina a day....in two days...you dont have a team...0 stamina,No.......
Drop 50 stamina and train much...whats now the gain in that...usefulness..No..

1. rest. would be need by manager who have left the game for sooo long.
2. .
3. -50 stamina to make all of you didn't abuse this feature. today you train hard your players, tomorrow don't train them too hard, just normal and then they will recovered to be 60 max stamina

Is like only you knows what you are talking about...
The game is meant for active managers....and no one will pay or help you for leaving the game for so long...
The idea is good but bad as a suggestion....player might end up with 50,0,60 stamina as you said.....and you expect them to play games and win...no...
Am sure the code you are touching here is more than complex...player,stamina,training then sim.....

so, there is no way for players who must left the game to get back and want get their players fit faster.

so, what is your idea?
decrease less stamina, -10 only?
imbalance, that would happened.
every managers will start abusing that.

some manager want to stay in their current division, cause they know if they promoted to higher divs they just end up at 20th position, and get relegated next season.
better if we train hard our players, then lost some match, then stay in current division, for the next season win and promoted to higher division and compete there with comparable teams.

My idea about what.....am not in support of it....to talk of me suggesting -10......
Getting player recover faster, after not been active for a long time, then what will be the luck of the active managers....
Also, the suggestion is all about "some managers"
the whole idea is bad....cant be implemented,i think

2. they won't get it without any cost, if they use it their players won't trained.

3. yes, because we have 3 options in training intensity.
A. rest. for manager who have their player's stamina loss
B. normal, for managers who have their player's stamina 80-90
C. hard, for managers who focus on training.

One of the aim of a manager is to train his players to high average.....
Resting players is easy just play 0 effort in your games...ok...
Normal we have it already,hard......needless,just make good use of the training system we have......

i dont see a problem with the current system

if anyone was to drop 50 stamina from training plus 10-20 from the match it would take a week to get back to 99% which means that player would not be in starting lineup and not get 100% motivation for rest of week which negates the increased training he got in the 1st place

When you're training x position, you want the player to have at least 100% motivation at least 4 times a week. This would kill the players' stamina and like bowsey said, they wouldn't be able to play for a week because of great stamina loss. This would especially affect teams in higher divs who need these players desperately to hold off relegation or to grab promotion.
