Hello everyone, I wanted to ask a quick question to those who are more knowledgeable about the dynamics of this game. Here it is; I have some players who gain almost 1,5 experience points from a total of 6-7 games and some players who have played an equal amount of games but has only gained 0,2 or so experience points. Based on which parameters do players gain this experience and what can I do to improve the training efficiency of players? Thanks in advance! |

as far as i can tell it has nothing to do with leadership, it is more to do with age, older = more gain and match rating. higher than actual av = more gain also minutes played. 90mins = more gain feel free to correct me as im not 100% sure this is right Edited by bowsey1986 17-01-2013 18:03 |

I'd agree Bowsey. I think the higher the game average has the most bearing on it. I ran a test last season with my keeper and two players with lower leadership and the keeper was almost always last because he never had a game rating higher than his average, but the other 2 usually did. @Rand told me few days long ago that leadership had to do with morale loss/gain after winning/losing a game. I will personally test this, everytime I lose I will check leadership of those players with higher loss (will separate subs and players starting) He said nothing about experience but he did say the code for experience is complex and it includes, time played, outcome of the game, actions completed by the player, goals scored by the time etc. No one could really find a link between leadership and experience anyway I don't think. |

According to the link above, @rand confirmed to @Grantis that there was a leadership / experience correlation. I have two young defenders that were recently promoted. They have similar averages but the 16 year old has 15 more leadership points. The 16 year old has been in my squad two weeks less and already has higher experience than the 18 year old. You guys don't have to believe me but I asked @rand in mod chat, they were other @'s there at the time (@luci, @blue, @eam). And when luci asked about experience he gave a response similar to what i put above. He is not 100% sure himself but he knows a lot of factors are involved. Edited by @patient 18-01-2013 13:19 |
