In my opinion, at this moment SM does not need luxury features but needs to fix the more dire issues that needs to be addressed such as the SIM and inflation. If you were to look at what the forum mostly has problems with, the result would be problems with the SIM. That's the biggest gaping hole that needs to be addressed in SM, that supersedes priorities such as this. Fix the SIM first, then we can suggest things like this. The problem with ideas like this is that it's rather useless and as an @dmin earlier said, more micromanaging. Earlier, some person mentioned that they wanted this feature so they could speak with their team to tell them to play better in the 2nd half if they were losing. That could have all been done through advanced tactics. There's no point in speaking with them as you already have the means to accomplish this. I just don't see how this will benefit managers or the team in any shape or way except for causing manager to add more clicking to the game. Unless the people who support this idea can come up with valid reasons as to why you want this implemented, I remain unconvinced. There are more standing issues that need to be resolved (SIM, inflation, etc.) instead of focusing on luxury features such as this. |

Good day to everyone, i thinks there is new thing i thougt abt the suggestion: The private chat with player can be taken as a "MOTIVATIONAL TALK" which a manager can movitate itz player with chating with him,we have to take this game(SM) 2 next level, I know the admin,moderator,developer and all other persons of this game are trying their best and am giving kudos 2 u all, u guyz are great. | 18/01/2013 05:43 |
