I suggest that just as we allocate time to auction deals, we should allocate time to loan deals. A SEASON LONG, TWO SEASONS LONG etc.

We may even be able to re-call a player before the season ends, if we are in dire need of him.

Then why don't you loaned him again when the times/contract ends? 11/01/2013 14:05

You may be caught up by the hostile night wind, if you aren't around.

That not should be added because loan out would be closed has the game move on,and so to set a time doesn't add to it,instead always logged in and even if you put a player on loan,no manager could hostile him,and the loan deal will be there until you cancel it,in case you put a player on loan now, when the loaned out time out,the player would still not be able to hire/auction,until you click cancel 14/01/2013 23:09

Wrong dude ! Get your facts right. I'd give you the links of as many players put up for loans that got hostiled- players I targeted. Only resigning and auction protects juniors. Auction's still not safe nonetheless.

It would be really unfair on the manager you have loaned your player to.He spends his time and resource on training the player only to find that the player has been recalled back.

Such suggestions have been suggested earlier too.

But who's fault is it that you're not there for the hostile night? The system or you? Don't ask for a change just to accomdate you.

If that's your reason then you should talk to other managers prior to the beginning of another season to agree on a loan deal. You also have to remember you have a sufficient amount of allotted time of protection from hostile clauses and to find a trainer.

Another point is what if you and the manager are both in the same league then he promotes while you stay? He's training your player in a higher league which is not allowed in the current system. To make an agreement of more than more than one season may lead to problems of managers not commiting to that extended period. You have to account for how long each season is for.

If you're recalling a player it would not be fair to the trainer as what of he needs your player for an important match then you take the loaned CF away? That would have a lot of chaos and angry managers from both sides. A loan is season long and that's a given. If you need that player then you should have never loaned that player in the first place.

Did you understand what I said? If you loan a star player for just a season, and happen not to come back for a while, you'd lose him on hostile night !

Not just me man.

That's why the timing should be by choice. Chelsea once thought of re-calling Lukaku when his loan deal wasn't over. If a manager ain't training your player, you ought to re-call.
