We would start to draws our member to their league sector on 20-03-2013......and we would surely let them know about this(for those who does not active in forum)..... 2).we would draw it by average not league division....so that it would different from the regular league 3).the sectors average plot NOVICE: 31%-40%average EXPERT:41%-50% LEADER:51%-60% VETERAN:61%-70% MASTER:71%-80% ULTIMATE:+81% NOTE:all team must lies to these average before they can win the slot to participate in the league,and the average will be determine by the highest/numbers average you have in your team...e.g a team with (7)40%average player,and the rest lies in -30%average have to start in Novice... The three team on top will promote to another grade,while the three team at the buttom would relegate.....please let start saving now,so that there would no stress or to be surprice when the game start 1st week next season...... Remember that the average was just to start,so that the game will be more pure and there would no be like cheat or too much easy game when it start..... 2).I would start post all our member squad link,so that it would be easy for the manager that would be the coordinator of each sector to know their member and send the registration fee to the lucky managers.... The coordinators would be select 10-03-2013,so all the manager that are select,will get the alert message,and the date that they would post their league rival,........
