That should be called like Top-Notch League. Then we could do a draft based on team average for each group. If we get 56 managers, I know what to do  |

They would be these: World-Class League Champions League Super League Power League There would be certain requirements for each League. Or we could make more leagues, with less teams in them. |

Yeah,plan of making the fourth league...lets just decide if the league,will be higher,i mean about champions league,between...intermediate or below |
