i suggest relegation play off should take place between 11th placed in upper div. vs 4th placed in lower div. if and only if both these conditions are satisfied 1)11th placed upper div. team finishes by MORE than 6 pts( say 7 or 8) behind 10th placed in his PL. and only 2)if 4th placed in lower div. finish within maximum 6 pts( like 3rd placed has 40 pts then 4th placed MUST have 34 pts) behind 3rd placed in his PL. if any one of these conditions is are fulfilled no such play off will take place. i also feel in the Horizon PL prize money should b given too top 5.if the new managers atleast get some return on our investment in PL they will b motivated to play next season n strive for more. nw initially a new manager is given 2 mill. this money is nothing in this superinflated market.few positions like CDF n CF too less in the game hence they very costly. new managers cannot even buy a decent 35-40 + avg. player in that 2 m unless that player is 30+ or more. i was lucky that my team had a very good high prog. CF n a 2nd div. manager bought it for 13 m.i was left wondering what he saw in my player that time.then i made a whole team out that 13 mill n jumped from 7th spot to nw 4 in League. nw i have a 7 35+ avg. players n lot of good youngsters.tnks to oyewale.
