Pat it's not a little money they are making, and I don't want to talk about money. All we want is that when these offers are put a one of the dev's have a look and if it's not secure block it. |

I personally don't see what's so offensive about that. It's either option 1 or 2 for us. Actually there is a 3rd option which is the best in your case. I think you can also report the sites by removing them from your pages with the crosses, then put the reason as "viruses". Those services I believe are trying the best to be viruses free so I think SM just has to trust them or not use one of the service. If you have a problem with one particular service as it gives viruses alert too often, say it here. And grantis you might be right. I actually I just went on reading stuff about those services and saw this at the bottom of this page http://superrewards.com/support_faq?faq_only=1: Toolbars and other download offers — are they safe? Toolbars and other download offers may trigger a warning message in your anti-virus/malware software. These programs not only flag viruses but also third-party cookies which the advertisers use to track your completion of the offers. It all depends on the anti-virus software you are using and sometimes even the browser settings. I have done a few sponsor pays in the past I think I only had an issue once. Other than that, here is a caution to use as advice. DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING! |
