You guys have 2 options.
1.) Leave things as they are.
2.) Ask for free golden balls thing to be removed from the game (although the SM staff get a bit of cash from those). Striker manager does not have any power over the content. It is basically take it or leave it...those services are available in many other online free games.

Simple advice, do not download anything from those or try to google the things first...

What kinda reasoning is that patient. Take it or leave it... woww surely didnt expect such a reply.
If SM cant control the content why the Hell are they putting it in the game in the 1st place. They should make sure that the content served are safe. thats all. Is it such a difficulty to do that. They should banish the harmful sites and only permit the safer ones to be included.

Agreed the offers don't come from strikermanager, but the point your missing here is that no outsider or insider can promote such things with out the permission if the devs. So what we are asking is please make these valid and hazard free.

absolutely Rolln.

Pat it's not a little money they are making, and I don't want to talk about money.
All we want is that when these offers are put a one of the dev's have a look and if it's not secure block it.

Lumiere, did it actually say "malicious content blocked" or something else? I say that because some antivirus has a web filter that can give false positives. 02/11/2012 20:31

I am telling you guys that the devs have to basically take it or leave it. I personally don't see what's so offensive about that. It's either option 1 or 2 for us. Actually there is a 3rd option which is the best in your case. I think you can also report the sites by removing them from your pages with the crosses, then put the reason as "viruses". Those services I believe are trying the best to be viruses free so I think SM just has to trust them or not use one of the service. If you have a problem with one particular service as it gives viruses alert too often, say it here.

And grantis you might be right.
I actually I just went on reading stuff about those services and saw this at the bottom of this page http://superrewards.com/support_faq?faq_only=1:
Toolbars and other download offers — are they safe?
Toolbars and other download offers may trigger a warning message in your anti-virus/malware software. These programs not only flag viruses but also third-party cookies which the advertisers use to track your completion of the offers. Review the message from your anti-virus/malware software and you will see that it is simply a warning. You do not need to be alarmed. We assure you that none of the offers displayed by Super Rewards contain viruses.

Very true. It all depends on the anti-virus software you are using and sometimes even the browser settings.

I have done a few sponsor pays in the past I think I only had an issue once. Other than that, here is a caution to use as advice. DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING!
