I feel there should be a stat for overall team chemistry. It would obviously take time to build up ,but when at a certain level should reward the managers patience.It will affect things such a offsides,stamina loss, and regeneration.,along with other minute situations. This would be a pretty easy thing to calculate.... just use the average length of time that players have been on the senior team. As far as working it into the simulation... yeah, that'd be more difficult. But it could at least effect supporters, store proceeds, etc. | 02/11/2012 04:20 |

Obviously a compelling idea, but very difficult to impliment on the rate of turnover of players. Perhaps something like this could be incorporated into experience points of individual players, the longer they stay with a team, the more exponential their experience grows; so if a player stays with a team for 3 seasons he gains xp faster than a new player of equal stats. | 06/11/2012 20:07 |
