Hi i think that any team should be allowed to loan a player to any team, not mattering wether its a higher division team or lower division team. It would be good, because actually i have already experienced this. A higher division team tells me that they will train one of my players if i train theirs, but obviously because of the rule, i was not able to do that. That is very unfair, because both teams are losing a chance of getting better, because they can loan their players to the team that they want. I think that this rule should be changed. I also think you should be able to recall your loaned player. If you have injuries or they are not progressing as promised then you can get them back, but maybe only at certain times in the season. AT least then it is controlled and cannot be abused. | 23/10/2012 12:24 |

Let us assume I loan a 85+ average player to a Div 5 team and he gets another 2 more such loans. Now if you are in the same group as his and you have to face him will you like it (assuming you did not get any such loans). There are these rules to protect the interest of a larger section of managers who cannot get such massive loans. As for Kev's question. I have been in Div 3 for almost 4 seasons and I used to train players for Div 1 and 2 managers, when I got promoted those managers readily accepted to train a player for in exchange for the time I trained their players. You need to have a mutual understanding to get loans and when the time comes your players are taken up by those managers. |
