It shouldn't take too much coding, but the SIM is such a mess that it just can't be trusted. I had to resolve a similar issue a few years back, where a program used by a manufacturer was constantly malfunctioning. It was wrong from day one, and every little fix implemented over a few years only delayed the correct solution; starting from scratch. Three months later everything was resolved and a permanent fix was in place. aleph44 said:imagine trying your luck with a super high attacking line + 100 eff for 15 minutes where offsides are less than 3 by half-time, fouls too high - switch to zonal marking, too many shots coming at you, switch to offside trap etc etc. That would be a fix that would help, but it doesn't fix many of the other issues that occur; awful passing, bizzare defending, keepers jumping 7yards to the side when a shot is hit straight at them, random red or yellow cards, etc....... I'm not holding my breath that it'll ever be resolved/fixed/corrected. |

please devs implement this feature asap. i know that will not solve whole offside bug in the sim, but at least it will decrease afraid while my team formation is not suitable to opponent. Edited by ibram 28-10-2012 14:48 |

There is no problem with the sim relating to offside trap. You just need to adjust your formation. watch games played in higher divisions and you will understand how to beat it. | 28/10/2012 15:02 |

striker manager isn't a football management simulator. realism doesn't automatically mean 'better'. i guess my answer to you is - play the game. if you want a more realistic football management simulator, play football manager instead  |

i agree, there are something can't be like a reality in this game, but something must be like a reality in this game. and i don't know, why changing our formation while againts a team who use offside trap is can't implemented to this game? Edited by ibram 28-10-2012 23:52 |
