Speed up staff time by paying extra GBs?

I think this was suggested once or twice, etc.. before in the 4 1/2 seasons of my being here, but can we or should we, get an option to decrease the time for staff degree and or courses? Currently my youth coach wont be done until Oct 17th and I started on Oct 3rd or 4th ( cant remember which day), but its roughly 2weeks for the option to upgrade to finish. I would pay extra GBs if it meant speeding up the time frame so i can achieve a higher percentage coach sooner rather than later.
