I don't know whether this has been suggested earlier or not. IDEA- I feel if a manager is online at the time when the match is being played, he/she should be allowed to make changes in tactics and make substitutions. EFFECTS- 1. This way the game becomes more realistic 2. Substitution errors done by the SIM when players are sent off can be reduced by a certain extent. 3. Managers will get more active 4. Big matches will become more interesting as managers will also get tested on their ability to make instant changes. |

This penalizes people whose matches are played while they are at their real jobs, or in the middle of the night. It's a great way to lose a lot of good people who would stop playing the game. Edited by phaag 07-10-2012 14:20 |

I had an idea about having a 3 hour game window for SM wherein all games are played. This way the middle of the night can be eliminated for majority of SM players. But others say the servers won't be able to handle the games then. | 07/10/2012 14:25 |

As eamwilson points out, the simulation only show what has happened. |
