 I train senior CF's and junior defenders everyday (my junior coach is 99% and my senior coach is 95%), and I'm looking for someone in 4th division like me who trains GK in juniors to swap loans.

I could train your player (senior CF or junior defender) everyday as substitute (always 77-82% motivation) if you train my junior GK as substitute, too.

My training plan for this season is:

SENIORS (repeating every 2 weeks):
2 x Sprint
2 x Dribbling
1 x Crossing the ball
2 x Shots on goal
2 x Beating markers
2 x Dribbling
1 x Crossing the ball
2 x Shots on goal

JUNIORS (repeteating every week):
2 x Clearances
2 x Tackling
2 x Running
1 x Intercepting passes
