 First of all I apologize coz im not so fluent in English, just bear with me. I'm suggesting a "Reserve Board" which includes "Reserve Lineup". A board in which the Reserves in each team will compete. Like in real life football. Juniors who will get promoted should not go to Senior Squad directly but instead they will go to the "Reserve Squad".
From the "Reserve Squad", The manager would choose which player/s will go to the Senior Squad. Also, if you have too many players in the Senior Squad you can put some of them to the "Reserve Squad".I think that it is very beneficial because their are times that so many "Juniors" matured faster and as a Manager it is so hard where to put them or other excess players.
