What's the point really? People train mostly just 1 position (or area of field), which makes junior teams VERY unbalanced. Junior games/leagues are pointless as whole with this sort of training regimee. | 23/09/2012 20:09 |

There should at least be Farm players. For example, in the NBA, they have a D-League which is where their youngsters play before they go to the NBA. And if a senior player isn't playing good enough, you can send them back to the "D-League". | 25/09/2012 17:44 |
