2x shots on goal 2x beating markers/2x dribbling (split the season 2x crossing the ball sprint/attacking headers (split the season) That's one of many. You may want to throw in a few penalty kicks as well |

I agree with at cellog but, i differ in that i feel sprint should be done twice. Speed to.me is very important. | 17/09/2012 02:26 |

Yes, but crossing improves speed and technique is more important than speed | 17/09/2012 02:31 |

I didn't train enough beating markers, but I'd you want to see a CF I trained up with a similar schedule: http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=3509499 87 speed, 84 technique - he's a bullet with or without the ball Edited by CelloG 17-09-2012 02:33 |

I'd train Crossing the Ball x7 / week if I could and were training jr forwards. It's so good. Like the old-school Organize Midfield. | 17/09/2012 04:20 |

You may want to throw in a few penalty kicks as well what do you mean by few? because this seems like a must for LF/RF... no? |

Penalty kicks train leadership primarily, and will add up to 3 on each training, up to 1.8 or so for CFs on each training. You won't need to train this very often to pop up leadership to a very high value | 17/09/2012 14:21 |
