Golden Ball
2x shots on goal
2x beating markers/2x dribbling (split the season
2x crossing the ball
sprint/attacking headers (split the season)

That's one of many. You may want to throw in a few penalty kicks as well

I agree with at cellog but, i differ in that i feel sprint should be done twice. Speed to.me is very important. 17/09/2012 02:26

Yes, but crossing improves speed and technique is more important than speed 17/09/2012 02:31

I didn't train enough beating markers, but I'd you want to see a CF I trained up with a similar schedule:

87 speed, 84 technique - he's a bullet with or without the ball

I'd train Crossing the Ball x7 / week if I could and were training jr forwards. It's so good. Like the old-school Organize Midfield. 17/09/2012 04:20

Penalty kicks train leadership primarily, and will add up to 3 on each training, up to 1.8 or so for CFs on each training. You won't need to train this very often to pop up leadership to a very high value 17/09/2012 14:21
