It has become nigh impossible to get a good coach and I think that a manager should be able to hire two coaches at once instead, so long as both are 75 or below... You could have the first coach work at full productivity and then have the second coach be an "assistant coach" and only train at 20% of what he would if he were a full coach. So if both are 75... they would work as if they were one 90 coach (75*1.2=90) and they would be paid about the same (about 325000-350000 per week right?....) please give your thoughts on this idea... thank you |

-1111111111111111111111111 So can I hire an assistant coach for my 95% coach to have a combined 115% coach? I started 2 weeks after you and I have a 95% senior coach and a 98% junior coach. Its going to take you time and money to find a good coach. |

What they could do is have a refresh button which requires GB to use. Each successive refresh will increase the chance of getting better staff. In this way they might sell a few extra GBs and us players could have the staff we want. | 13/09/2012 04:01 |

i know a way where you can find good coach % ofcourse its a risk, and you will need cash. if you are up, come to general chat, and lets play some STAFF ROULETTE. only 1 rule: - Come to general chat with money in your balance |

To hire very good coaches isn't impossible. You just need time, and money. I personaly have senior 77% and junior 82% and im in 6div  But the idea isnt so good. |
