Damn, This one took a long while coming... Just got curious and checked the hire coach link and found a 86% coach lying there... almost jumped up and hired him... phew... finally a decent coach... took a real long time coming... Must be good coach day...i just looked and saw an 83% coach. I didn't need him, but I look every now and then to see if I get lucky with a 90% coach, but hadn't seen an 80% coach in a while. | 04/09/2012 22:07 |

becoming tougher and tougher. I spent 3 mil for my youth coach and he was only at 86%. I got lucky one day and found my senior coach at 84% think i spent maybe $300,000. I got super lucky and found a 91% financier for almost nothing  |

My greatest achievement in SM was the day I randomly clicked on Coach/Hire in Staff and came across a 96% senior coach. Didn't have to cycle through cheap coach options or anything, it was beautiful. Still need a similar occurrence with my junior coach though - stuck at 82%. | 05/09/2012 17:53 |

86% coach is weird.. you need a 89%+ to be allowed to train him to become a 99% one.. ..and to the one who cries about a 300,000$ waste to find one.. 300,000 is NOTHING!!! i guess it cost an average 4M to every manager to find a 89%+ one.. just spent like 5M to hire both senior and junior 89% coach and I consider I was lucky.. |
