Doesn't this already work well with versatility? The more the versatility of a player, the less average he loses when played in other position. So I am guessing a 90+ versatility would probably do the job quite well Although I am yet to see one player with more than 90 versatility... |

i think the versatility stat works well. my RB has 73 versatility so i keep him as an injury sub in important matches. covers my entire defence. | 04/09/2012 17:17 |

I agree that players should have a little more flexibility (they shouldn't get a reduced average in certain positions) But you can also really sort of play around with your formation with advanced tactics. Like if I get an injured LM, I can replace him with a RM and he'll still cover the spots the LM did while keeping full average. The only problem is then when the ball goes through the center circle he'll want to run across the field, but that's a minor issue. | 04/09/2012 17:50 |

I think I would like to have more ways to train versatility to be honest. I think averages should drop because thats not the players default position. Afterall, a player being put into an irregular position is just that, a position familiar but not his specialty. |
