looking at the quality of staff offered now days in sm i think it would be a welcome step if we were allowed to build staff school too.at least we wont have to check staff every few minutes to find i 90+ staff. Its not like the staff listings were flush full of 90+ coaches when others started. i dont want it to be flushed with 90+ staff.i want to only be assured that my money and time which i invest in game will yield me a high avg staff.i totally understand what u wanna imply here.may be we are allowed to build only 1 school and it gives staff once a month and school requires high investment to build so that sm does not get 'flushed' with 90+ staff.
