your training is working. the little red & green arrows show how much increase or decrease there is. the reason some are decreasing heavily is that they are old. you should sell / fire the old ones & replace with younger players. |

Very misleading response there. The key to players that train is to find players that have a high forecast regardless of age. There are managers who rename players with their forecast in the name, you could use GBs to find good progression players as well. or search certain managers' schools and find players in there with their progressions revealed. This process takes some time to grasp and I'd suggest you observe your team, find out which players train bes, weakest. Sell off the weak trainers if they are not needed. Use the cash after you've done some research on what is a good player in relation to forecast and progression. Check the link below: http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/foro.php?id=1145 Read as much as you can and try to understand if you have questions I'm willing to help |

Just to add, check out the market area to either browse or post what you are looking for I.E high prog or high forcast juniors and or seniors. Also, regarding your junior squad, it appears you are trying to train multiple positions. What happens is, when you train say defenders one day and then mids the next, the defender loses a day to train because your rotating the training around many differnt positions. Try sticking to training one position (or two) to get the most progression and training out of those players. Junior squad is differnt from senior. Senior squad helps you advance in the league matches, juniors dont so dont waste your time training a mid who may only top out at say 50. You want players who can train well past that. It does take time to get this down, but it will help you with revenue and it will better the senior squad because you will be adding younger players when they are ready for promotion from juniors to seniors. The progression of players are only made visible in schools however, using golden balls, you can search (Search+) for players with progression not lower than a chosen percentage. |
