Spanish managers reading but not respnding to messages. I call out most Spanish managers specifically as they as a collective group do not respond to messages. Breaking social contracts is annoying, but maybe its not viewed as rude in Spain. Maybe someone can shed some light on that. I don't have that issue with managers from other countries. And to be fair its not all Spanish managers, just a significant majority of them. And no, I'm not being a noob stating "hey dudez I pay you 10 mill 4 yer CF rated 80. Hurry go go itz a good dealz!". |
