Haha, I've had such dilemma in the past. You should throw a coin For me, I'd go for higher average. | 15/08/2012 17:19 |

Depends on how the player was trained... Forwards... I like experience. But looking at shot/on goal ratio... Hmmm... I have to wonder. Defenders... Average. I have no real good reason for that, other than your can get an older skilled player cheaper frequently. |

If you're training the GK it's a no-brainer - use the junior. 52 with skills is about the same as 64 with none, so I'd still use the 64. Besides, as cule has proven handily, with the current sim, GK is irrelevant - just play good defense and you'll win or go to PKs | 16/08/2012 01:29 |

Use high average gk. Skills only matter if the difference is only of a few points |

Here's a noobish question for all of you, how much extra help do skills give? I don't seem to notice any difference in player attribute values. | 16/08/2012 04:43 |

my 80 finishing LIM with triple net breaker http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=236059 has 9 goals. my 85 finishing RIM with single net breaker http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=3181550 has 9 goals. Notice the stats difference? My RIM could beat up the LIM and his little brother with one arm tied behind his back, and yet the LIM just does better most of the time. He also runs just as well with the ball even though the RIM's dribbling is nearly 90. They make a real difference. |

You could always erase the players skills and see how the player performs then, i believe they work. | 16/08/2012 04:56 |

And I would go with the higher-average player in all cases where the average of the better player is 2 or more average points better. |
