 It should though. Just like a 1 bonus premium, nothing more, thanks to the home fans, knowing the field, not having to travel.... 1 premium is not much, and the visiting team can match that if he wishes. 1 premium will give the home team just a slight advantage, but the visiting team should still be able to win if it's better.

Maybe we can petition...
