There are numerous posts on this subject matter. You should Uruguay at high as it is a 3-star school and will giive you some decent players. I don't recommend building low schools as they are usually a waste. 24/07/2012 22:02

If that's your plan, then I guess it could work. Is it more expensive to build an excellent school at once than to do it through upgrades? 24/07/2012 22:06

It's fairly decent. I've gotten quite a few 60-70& progression players. 24/07/2012 22:13

Netherlands excellent. Uruguay excellent.

My theory is that equally rated schools, say Sweden and Uruguay, are not equal. I say this as I've had multiple 75+ prog jrs from Uruguay, and none from Sweden.

No, it costs the same no matter which way you do it.
