Golden Ball
Just a warning: if you name a player something like "65FC" and we fiscals get wind the player has nothing near that, the fine is much greater than any profit, and repeat offense can result in expulsion from the game.

Don't do it.

Thanks,
Your friendly neighborhood fiscal

I built 20 schools in the cheapest places. All low just to get the achievement points
I paid like 6-7m on construction. Got about 1.5m from sale in 2 weeks.

Really, until now my best players in progression rate (80%+), come from my (obviously excellent) schools in Uruguay and Croatia, instead of Netherlands as i expected. It's only my opinion, but i observed that the growing of prog rate of the created players is coincided to the raising of school's quality; i think quality of the school is more important than country rating, at least for highest countries. I don't know what happens with excellent school in low rate (30%-40%) country. Obviously, the higher probability to have a 80+ prog is maximum for 100% countries, but also 80% seem working well. I agree with you in considering useless countries with less than 60% rating.

it's not all managers that are successful like you!
You have all of funds, don't you?

Think of cheaper schools like penny stocks. They don't trade at a high value but they don't cost much either. They require more work and don't have a huge payoff but they can be consistent revenue.

A school in China is relatively cheap for a new manager. It gives you a player every 3 or 4 days. The players are crap progression but generally are between 25-42 average. A 42 average CF with 39 progression can still go on market for 1-2m. I am selling players even from my shitty schools for an average of $500,000. This far out paces the building/maintenance costs.

Good analogy. Point taken.

This is about true I have at the moment about 28 schools most of them on level 1 and they are at the moment maintaining themselves....
