I make sure that I have 25 players at the seasons' end. When my 3 players return I have 28 players in my seniors' squad (25+3). Add a couple of temporary promotions and I have 30 players at my disposal, meaning I end up with almost 3 full teams I can rotate. I learned this is quite helpful during the first low fitness days. When my first promotions are ready I start loaning out again and sell the players I wanna replace. I think at some point I will pretty much play the first half of the season with 28 senior players. This should give me more options to play with different formations and some protection against multiple injuries in my team. |
