It really pains to tell me but @s and devs should remove rules like No trading with managers who quit. With the number of managers increasing exponentially this rule should be removed. The rule should only be enforced when the deals made are outside the market values. Or else keep a 15 day window, incase a manager decides to quit, sanction all deals made in the last 15 days or so. Its only fair to managers to pay market price and still end up getting fined for it. | 25/06/2012 20:32 |

what rule man ? this one? Any action that deliberately weakens your team can be punished. This includes, but is not limited to: selling your team to fewer than 11 players, BUYING OR SELLING OUTSIDE THE MARKET VALUE , playing a weakened lineup or formation to manipulate standings. If another team benefits from these types of actions, that team may also be fined or punished. or this one You are not allowed to help others to excess. Doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the game for both the person providing excess aid and the person receiving it. This includes, but is not limited to: "RoundTrip" or Cash-Loan transfers (Buy player, sell back soon afterwards as a means to loan cash/players) no one of them stats if someone is leaving !! |

sorry there is a bit of legal language used in my post, as i am not having space to put in on chat for people to read, i am doing it here and for some users purpose let me clear my way before i start " i do know what is going on, i am not blinded by stupid pl politics or ego or other emotions, i am sick of ur silly jokes, kindly do not bring them to this thread." Now my lengthy para begins those rules which are there ( http://uk.strikermanager.com/wiki/index.php?title=NORMAS_DE_USO ) are like laws passed by govt, @'s base on them, interpret them like judiciary n take a fair call according to the case, n all those points @ are showing against buying from a manager who is quitting does not stand good unless u guys make it clear, it's just a general clause and are not in direct sense, those provisions are like crude oil, u can not say refer to them, when @ judge a case, spare some 5 min n post on forum, " we decided to do this ( not giving clues on how u came to know they cheated or not ) basing on this and from now on be informed ." This is not being done. @'s are saying, we have the rule n also made judgement n previous cases... but how many know it? n here comes why i feel it's not good to allow to buy direct from the managers who are quitting even if it is at market price. What players do i sell normally? the ones i do not need or in rare cases, the ones my frnd needs desperately or those on whom i want to book profit, i will never sell a player whom i need for my team. This is absolutely with in those provisions of game n fair play terms, as it is day to day activity in this game to sell n buy. The case of quitting managers is different. it can not be considered along side with normal day to day business, cause i will not be selling all or major portion of my best players ever n even if one want to sell his best player, he will try to do it on auction as he will have chance of getting optimum value for that player, as a result that player is available for buying to all manager in the game regardless of relation with the manager who is selling. So, when a quitting manger is allowed to sell direct even at market / fair price, it deprives others of the access to those players whom that quitting manger would have normally sold on auction or only at price which will help him to buy a replacement and book profit. Here the intention of manager is not to continue to play, it's to get out of the game. That is what prohibited by rules of game, 'helping in excess', 9) You are not allowed to help others to excess. Doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the game for both the person providing excess aid and the person receiving it. This includes, but is not limited to: "RoundTrip" or Cash-Loan transfers (Buy player, sell back soon afterwards as a means to loan cash/players). at the same time a manager who is not aware that the other is quitting so selling all his players must not be punished, although we are expected to have a basic idea why am i getting player from my frnd for this price? why is he selling this player? is it normal transfer or disposal sale? ( do not say why i should care or how i will know. u will know if he/she is ur frnd and if u have a good look at the other managers team ) and when a @'s comes to know of a manager quitting the game, kindly make a post on mod forum and other @'s before valuation take a note of what is happening around u. WE DO NOT WANT THIS MESS ( sorry for caps ). The same rules are applicable to @'s too, u can not plead u r innocent always, u r supposed to have a basic idea of what is happening, that's ur duty n u can not escape it saying 'we work out of passion n for free', as u can say to users 'U can not escape simply cause u do not know' u too can not evade the consequences. U may ask what do u suggest to be done now? for that i have to say 'Let the lazy @'s make a post on forum about the decisions they take, let them put before us the interpretations they made of the rules, what is the basis for those conclusions n all' i know it's time taking but for sake of game, it's needed n now I humbly suggest not to fine those who bought at price which @'s agreed to previously as not all were aware of rule though the golden words of law says 'Ignorantia juris non excusat' let this be a final case of confusion n chaos. let it be more transparent from now on. |
