will be really nice to see some chatters moving up to div 2.... I have high hopes for a few of you guys next season!!! I have no plans to move up or even attempt to for 2 more seasons. Ineed to build infrastructure stronger and get better cash flow before i attempt promotion. 1) 50m on stadium over next two seasons 2) team avg up to 70+ with 2x deep over next two seasons 3) build a few more schools(5* then 4* only) 4) build better relationships for training/loanings (would like to maximize all 6 every season) |

my experience has been that in general, any well managed team can move up thru group 7,6,5, without much trouble. Group 4 is a bit more of a dice roll, for example in my div 4 group Namester is going to come in 3rd only because he had the bad luck to be in with two slightly better teams. in a different group his team is good enuf to win the group. once you get to div 3 its game on. there are virtually no basic tactics or absent managers. Teams from our PL that routinely beat my Group 4 winning team are battleing to stay in the upper 50% of their div 3 groups. if any Chatters make it to div 2 it will be a real accomplishment . |
