Do you think SM should provide Rewards for Dedicated/Active Managers?

Howdy! I'd been a user of SM ever-since 2011 barely 10 months from now and still have frigging 50s average players.. Anyway, main reason i'm here is to convince SM to motivate the dedicated members of its very-own by a reward that will increase our moral toward our Goal (whatever is your goal here), by that.. i'll need a thump up from you, And presently most of us here are member long before 2011, all those days when sacrificed your time logging-in, all you think is a way to expand you team to a positive direction. To be the one of the best you need to be dedicated Months or more than that! when you see other team ahead of you. Don't you think if it weren't for that you won't be seeing removed, deleted, retained team and managers everyday, its becuz they gave up, or didn't have enough time to finish what they start, or get bored 'cuz of lack of excitement, poor connection to the outside member, team average.. Now all we;re asking is some particular Encouragement or Reward such as: 5GB/month something that simple just for a gesture more of a tip that will help you in someway for members that actually gave their time and be dedicated to make an impact or to reach their best here.. Even if we're doing this for our will, this will someway help or reduce the amount of abundant team each day  Please, place your vote above^^^ Feel free to comment, or a suggestion. |

There would have to be a specific time to how long someone has been dedicated to this game so they can get the "reward". That being said, i would really like to see them give rewards for teams that win division 1, if there isn't already a reward. Edited by Mouks 10-06-2012 06:22 |

Just some food for thought, Technically, as a manager , the longer you actively participate the better chance at hring a decent coaching staff and the better farming of juniors and selling them off for profit becomes common place. So, in essence you reward for staying and playing is learning how to be sucessful in earning profits in the long run. Just saying, i see what you mean by rewards but, wanted to bring this to light as well. |

From a psychology perspective, if you were not already experiencing some type of intangible reward, you wouldn't keep coming back. Additionally, it's already a long enough process for teams to fight their way up from the bottom. Ah rewards.i spend more than 10 hrs in the game per day,am somehow addicted.am always on forum reading messages just to learn more. This game is rewarding enough,i cant take golden ball as a reward.i would rather buy,you can buy some too and deposit some money to SM to pay their staff. Its rewarding in the sense that it increase knowledge and widen you horizon also interesting. 5gbs/month +100000000 |
