rather than fines being implemented instantly, i would like to see a message saying "you are going to be fined "x" amount in the next "x" hours because......". rather than a message right out of the blue which they send right now " you have been fined "x" amount because.....". i know when fiscals fine somebody, they must have a very good reason for doing so. and the chances are that they are highly unlikely to budge against your appeal. but a waiting period allows for managers who feel that they have been wrongly fined a chance to appeal without them going in the red instantly and as a result have their staff not working before a important game. |
