If that's what You mean, than there is something very wrong with Your rating, because it might not be the best school You can build (it certainly takes a looong time to produce a player), but since it's so incredibly cheap it is probably the one school that gives You the best "bang for Your buck". I have build schools, that are a lot more expensive than the one in Uruguay, but still are not as good in terms of the number of good quality talents I harvested from them. |
