Added some more teams to the PL Rankings. This time I grabbed all private leagues that had at least one player in the top 200 rankings and at least 10 teams in the league. I kept Striker Kings, Gladiators and Chatters in the list even though they did not have a player in top 200. I did this because they are active and had previously asked to be ranked.
