Following along that line what about a team that had a 30 average, but with some players with decent forecasts/progression (nothing crazy, but maybe 2-3 guys with 65 forecast, and some with 50 or so forecast) and for your first two weeks tripled motivation, so you can actually see players training grow pretty significantly and gives them more reason to stick with the game. The problem then is that there would be more good players for better teams to hostile, but if you see your player increasing then you might be more likely to figure the market out and figure out what you should sign the players for. |
