ЕСЛИ У МЕНЯ ПОЯВЛЯЕТСЯ ИГРОК В ШКОЛЕ И Я ЕГО НЕ ТРОГАЮ, ТО ЕСТЬ ОН ПОКА ЕЩЕ В ШКОЛЕ, НЕ В МОЛОДЕЖКЕ, БУДЕТ ЛИ ОН РАЗВИВАТЬСЯ??? Я ПРОСТО УДИВЛЯЮСЬ ЧТО У МЕНЯ ВРОДЕ СТОИТ EXCELLENT А ИГРОКИ НЕ ВЫШЕ 40 ВЫХОДЯТ, КАК ЖЕ ДОБИТЬСЯ ЧТОБ ИГРОК ВЫРОС ДО 70-80 ... ТАК ХОЧУ СПРОСИТЬ, КАЧЕСТВО СТАДИОНА ИЛИ ЖЕ ЕГО ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ВЛИЯЮТ ЛИ НА РОСТ ИГРОКОВ ПОСЛЕ ИГРЫ... СПАСИБО ЗАРАНЕЕ ЗА ОТВЕТ. | 04/05/2012 06:45 |

ok i can en english too, maybe with mistakes. my question is, i have schools (excellent level) and they give me players average 40... how it can grow up to 70? or less... i have no idea... maybe i should keep them in school and they will grow? or maybe i shouls remodel my stadium and they will grow... actually they growing but to slow... on what this depend? pls help |

keeping a person in the school "freezes" them. They don't change, I think they might age at end of season... Players learn at a certain rate = progression. low = 50, moderate <70, good = 70-80, excellent = 80-90, great = 90+ Coaches teach at a certain %. Get as good a youth coach as you can. then there is training, of course... and morale. So maximize those 4 values. Add all of those things together, and modify it with age and average and a few other goodies the devs keep secret. in order to get the best juniors, it's a crap shoot. after 35 students, my German Excellent put out a 90+ prog. That's a 5 star Excellent school. putting out a 90+ progression once in a great while. |

Players do age if you keep them in a school. Also, you want to keep their motivation up. Morale doesn't affect their training result, only their average. A- reb  |

thanks. and what i should wait 35 players and then i will get one with aver 80... ? i will wait for i while... |

You will never get a player with average over 80 from a school, you will most likely get a player with Progression over 80 If you get a player with progression over 80 from a school, their average is generally of little consequence. It's the Progression rating that determines how quickly a player will improve, along with (as reb said) a good youth coach, the type of training you provide the player, and keeping his motivation high by playing him in the right position each week. |
