it is very hard to find trustable persons to train your player i ve got one of my player with high forecast, i loaned it after getting promises of training but now i accepted, this arse does not give a shit of training his position... and as i cant call off the loan, it is one season training lost for him.... i dont say we could loan and call off as much as we want but frankly i would prefer to get back my player even if i cant loan him after for the whole season then this.. i mean if we could call back his players, i think manager will think twice before talking shit just to get a loan.. or can i report him ? |

yes its a good idea, but also open to potential abuse... recalling without any good reason. what if the player can be recalled after half season and it cant be done by player but through a @ only. This way the @ can take good judgement of the training and also make sure that the person is not recalling just for the heck of it or also because he is trained so well that he wants to use that player immediately. |

i think @ wont agree as it could be too much work but anyway if you loan your player and you are getting a good training, it is no reason to call back your player, so i dont really see the abuse, even more if the player cant be loan twice per season.. or the loan could just be shorted to half season, if it all went good, you can just resume your loans, if not you dont.. |

I don't think the rules will change. I'm not sure that you'd really want admins coming in and telling you to change your training schedule either. Joebob says he's expecting a 10 point increase and you've only put on 8 points for some reason. Half season loans is the only answer, but I doubt that a change like that would be introduced any time soon. Best bet is to join a decent Private League and only loan to people you know. |

I had something similar happen this season...Loaned a player to a team where he was being trained and played, seemed excellent. However, I do not know what happened to the user, but now the team is System Bot controlled. My player is just sitting there, rotting away. which i train up of decently (+7 i thinnk?......).. and was sorry for my first month less decent.. due to automatic training, so yes as i was not well aware, it would have been better for you to call off the loan.. i m not complening but try to fix or add to the game what should be added and this bring me back to another point, what the hell with automatic training? to have experienced that when i was learning the game last season, it trains totally randomly.. and not regarding yout squad potential.. can it be changed? otherwise looks like a waste of GB.. |
