 good try uruguay but i disagree a little as i proved in our match a week ago 90%+ for entire match is bad as your players just have nothing left in the last 20-30 mins. he should create advanced tactics to increase stamina to higher levels only if he is goal down or draw at 60 min+

25 % - weak but active
50 % - active and medium(70% when one goal down)
70 % - against 1st or 2nd in board(100% when a goal down, 60% when you lead more than three goals)
10% - against me(0% when down with two more goals) ^_^

 It does depend on another factor, how may players you have. If you have 2 full teams of 11 players you can play at a much higher effort. 24/04/2012 10:46

 I was once beaten by a system bot...yes it had a better average than me,but still it was a system bot! :/
I played with around 60+ effort....
