I noticed today when I made a substitution that it actually shows the players running off of the field and the others coming on. Must be something new. Also, my substitution at the 75th minute didn't work until my team scored a goal at 83 minutes. |

did the ball go off the pitch up until that point though? if not then you dont really have anything to complain about, cos subs cant be made during play | 20/04/2012 16:12 |

Isn't the ball considered out of play after a foul occurs, since play has been stopped by the referee? I was also awarded a goal kick at the 78th minute. Edited by sabrefan62 20-04-2012 16:35 |

well then i have no idea, could it be that you had assigned your subs to a certain game situation? that could explain why them scoring changed it if not then apologies and im out of ideas |

Not sure if it's been like this since this was added, but a few games ago I subbed out my CDF at 75'. The tired CDF ran off the field & the fresh CDF appeared on the sideline... and stayed there as play resumed. Unfortunately for me, the stoppage was a free kick for my opposition, who had the ball around midfield. He instantly kicked it up to his CF, who ran unmarked into the box and scored easily. I was at the time using a 3-man defensive line, so the CDF was sort of important in this equation... I'm all for animations and making it feel more "real" but I would trade all of that for my players being on the pitch when play resumes... |

This has been a problem for me too, if the opposing team have a free kick when my subs are coming on my defence are spread out and the opposing team score or get close to scoring. |

I think it would be fair to say I would not have relegated if this bug had been fixed last season. I lost 1 league game and drew one league game last season because of this, and relegated by 1 goal in the last 2 minutes of the last game |
